Phone has its demerits too.

1. Continuous hours of screen time is harmful to one's eyes.

2. It affects one's daily routine.

3. It can lead to harmful diseases in the future.

4. Creates a weariness within the individual.

We need to shorten the usage of screentime as much as possible.

It's for ourselves and our brethren.
